Refund Policy

Overview

This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for tickets sold through KhoreoNet, who is responsible for issuing refunds, and how refund requests are handled. KhoreoNet facilitates ticket sales on behalf of event organizers; refund eligibility is determined by the organizer's published policy unless otherwise stated.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds depend on the organizer's refund and cancellation policy shown at checkout.
  • If an event is canceled by the organizer, the organizer's cancellation terms apply and attendees are typically eligible for refunds unless alternate arrangements are offered.
  • For event reschedules, organizers may offer refunds or transfer options per their policy.

Organizer Responsibilities

Organizers set ticketing, refund and cancellation terms at event creation. Organizers are responsible for:

  • Publishing a clear refund policy on the event page.
  • Issuing refunds to buyers when required by their published policy or applicable law.
  • Communicating refund timing and method to attendees.

Attendee / Buyer Refunds

  • To request a refund, contact the organizer first. If you cannot reach the organizer, contact KhoreoNet support at hello@khoreonet.com.
  • Provide order details (order ID, purchaser name, email) and reason for refund.
  • Refunds are processed according to organizer policy and payment provider rules; timing depends on the payment method and processor.
  • Service fees and payment processing fees may be non-refundable depending on organizer settings and payment processor policies — these are shown at checkout.

Processing & Timing

Once an organizer approves a refund or the platform issues one due to cancellation, refunds are initiated to the original payment method. Actual posting time varies:

  • Card payments: typically 5–10 business days after issuer processing.
  • UPI / Wallets / Bank transfers: timing depends on provider—can be immediate to several business days.
  • KhoreoNet will notify purchasers by email when a refund is initiated; include approximate timelines where possible.

Exceptions & Disputes

Some purchases may be ineligible for refunds (e.g., non-refundable tickets) where explicitly stated. For disputes about refunds:

  • Contact the organizer first and provide supporting details.
  • If unresolved, contact KhoreoNet at hello@khoreonet.com with order information and communications history.
  • Chargeback or payment disputes may be handled by the payment provider according to their policies.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Locate your order confirmation email and note the order ID.
  2. Contact the organizer using event page contact details or the organizer contact provided in your order.
  3. If the organizer is unresponsive or you need platform assistance, email hello@khoreonet.com with order ID, purchaser email and a brief explanation.
