Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of KhoreoNet's ticketing and event management services. By using the platform you agree to these Terms. Different sections apply to Organizers (those creating events) and Users/Attendees (those purchasing tickets).
Account, Eligibility & Registration
- Accounts: You must provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Eligibility: You must be legally authorized to use our services and be at least 16 years old (or older if required by local law).
- Security: Protect your credentials. Notify support if you suspect unauthorized access.
Organizer Terms
- Event Creation: Organizers are responsible for content, pricing, compliance with local laws, and attendee safety.
- Ticketing & Attendance: Organizers control ticket types, availability, and refunds subject to platform rules and payment processor policies.
- Fees & Payouts: Organizer payouts are subject to platform fees, payment processor fees, and verification. Payout schedules depend on payment provider agreements.
- Data Access: Organizers receive attendee contact details and form responses necessary to operate the event. Use of attendee data must comply with privacy laws and these Terms.
- Cancellation: If an organizer cancels an event, they must follow the cancellation policy shown to buyers; refunds and communications should be handled promptly.
User / Attendee Terms
- Purchases: Ticket purchases form a contract between the buyer and the organizer. All sales are final unless a refund policy is published.
- Delivery: Tickets may be delivered electronically. Users must ensure their contact information is correct.
- Transfers & Resale: Transfers or resale of tickets may be restricted by organizers; resale that violates these Terms or applicable law is prohibited.
- Refunds & Cancellations: Refunds follow organizer policies and payment processor rules. In some cases, platform support may assist with disputes.
- Conduct: Users must comply with event rules and applicable laws. Misconduct may result in denial of entry or account suspension.
Payments, Fees & Tax
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. KhoreoNet does not store full payment card data. Platform fees, service fees, and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Users and organizers are responsible for any taxes required by law.

Intellectual Property & Content
- Platform IP: KhoreoNet and its licensors retain ownership of the platform, trademarks and software.
- Organizer Content: Organizers retain rights to their event content but grant KhoreoNet a license to host, display and distribute it as needed to provide services.
- User Content: By submitting attendee information or reviews you grant KhoreoNet a license to use that content for the service.
Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability & Indemnity
The platform is provided "as is." KhoreoNet is not the organizer and is not responsible for event content, safety, or cancellations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KhoreoNet's liability is limited and neither party will be liable for consequential damages. You agree to indemnify KhoreoNet for claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws specified in your agreement or, absent that, by the laws of the jurisdiction where KhoreoNet operates. For disputes, we encourage informal resolution via support before pursuing formal remedies.
Changes to Terms
KhoreoNet may modify these Terms. Material changes will be posted and, where required, notified to users. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
