Create an account, verify your email and choose your role: Attendee or Organizer. Use the top-right menu to access your dashboard.

  • Sign up using email or social login.
  • Verify your email to enable purchases and organizer features.
  • Organizers should complete profile and payout details before publishing events.

🎫 Buying tickets

  1. Choose event and ticket type on the event page.
  2. Fill attendee details and review fees & taxes at checkout.
  3. Complete payment and save your order confirmation email as proof of purchase.

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. Refunds are governed by organizer policies and our Refund Policy.

  • Contact the organizer first for refund requests; contact support if organizer is unresponsive.
  • Payment posting times depend on banks and processors.

🔒 Account & security

  • Use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication if available.
  • Do not share your password or account secrets. Report suspicious activity immediately.
  • To request account deletion or data export, contact support and provide verification details.

🔧 Technical troubleshooting

Common issues and quick fixes:

  • Checkout failing: clear browser cache, try another browser or device, and verify payment details.
  • Missing order confirmation: check spam folder, then contact support with purchaser email and event details.
  • Unable to publish event: ensure required fields and payout/KYC info are complete.
  • Webhook or integration issues: provide non-sensitive logs and endpoints to support for help.
