- Sign up using email or social login.
- Verify your email to enable purchases and organizer features.
- Organizers should complete profile and payout details before publishing events.
Buying tickets
- Choose event and ticket type on the event page.
- Fill attendee details and review fees & taxes at checkout.
- Complete payment and save your order confirmation email as proof of purchase.

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. Refunds are governed by organizer policies and our Refund Policy.

Account & security
- Use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication if available.
- Do not share your password or account secrets. Report suspicious activity immediately.
- To request account deletion or data export, contact support and provide verification details.
Technical troubleshooting
Common issues and quick fixes:
- Checkout failing: clear browser cache, try another browser or device, and verify payment details.
- Missing order confirmation: check spam folder, then contact support with purchaser email and event details.
- Unable to publish event: ensure required fields and payout/KYC info are complete.
- Webhook or integration issues: provide non-sensitive logs and endpoints to support for help.

How do I get a refund?
Contact the organizer first. If unresolved, contact support with your order ID and details. See Refund Policy.
How do I change attendee information?
Open your order in your account and use the edit options if provided. If editing is disabled, contact the organizer with order details for assistance.
Can I transfer my ticket?
Transfers depend on organizer settings. Check the event page for transfer/resale rules or contact the organizer directly.
I didn't receive my ticket email — what now?
Check your spam/junk folder and verify the email used at purchase. If still missing, contact support with purchaser email and event name so we can re-send.
How do organizers set refund rules?
Organizers set refund and cancellation policies when creating the event. These are shown on the event page and at checkout. Buyers agree to those terms at purchase.
What payment methods are accepted?
Accepted payment methods vary by region and provider. At checkout you will see available methods (cards, UPI, wallets, netbanking). Contact support for region-specific questions.
How long do refunds take to appear?
Posting times depend on the payment provider and your bank — typically 5–10 business days for cards, variable for other methods. We'll email you when a refund is initiated.
My order shows as paid but attendee list is empty — why?
This can happen if payment confirmation hasn't been fully processed. Wait a few minutes and refresh; if still missing, contact support with order ID and payment reference.
How do I report a security issue?
Email security reports to hello@khoreonet.com with steps to reproduce and any relevant logs (avoid sharing secrets).
Can I get a VAT/GST invoice?
If the organizer enables invoicing, you will receive an invoice after purchase. Contact the organizer or support for invoice issues.
